Detailed itinerary of 7 Day Tanzania Migration Safari
Day 1: Tarangire National Park Game Drive
Our representative, your Tanzania Safari Guide shall pick you up from your hotel of stay in Arusha or at the airport upon arrival, welcome you to Tanzania and brief you about the safari. Then be driven to Tarangire National Park situated in the Northern part of Tanzania.
Tarangire National Park is known for having large herds of elephants as well as ancient baobab trees.
You will check in at your lodge in Tarangire national park as you prepare for lunch and also an afternoon game drive. During your game drive in the national park, you will see wildlife species such as gazelles, impalas, zebras, waterbucks among others as well as the various bird species which this national park is known for and your guide will drive you to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Tloma Lodge or Baobabo Safari Lodge

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater Drive, Crater Rim Walk
Enjoy early breakfast at your lodge, with your packed lunch embark on an early morning game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater floor which hosts over 25,000 animals including the Big Five.
Ngorongoro Crater is the largest inactive caldera in the world, a part from the several wildlife species you will also enjoy amazing scenic areas including views of the salt lake – Lake Magadi which hosts the pink flamingoes which is quite a sight.
Enjoy your packed lunch over a picnic in the crater.
In the late afternoon, you shall head for a guided crater rim walk offering you opportunity to come close with nature and wild game. Later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay as above.

Day 3: Transfer to Central Serengeti National Park, Game Drive
Have early breakfast and transfer to Serengeti National Park with your packed lunch box, Serengeti is the much sought after Tanzania National Park and during the game drive lookout for several wildlife species in the central Serengeti such as zebras, lions, buffalos, elephants, giraffes, elands, impalas, antelopes among others as you drive to your camp of stay; enjoy amazing sunset views as well! Dinner and overnight will be at Central Serengeti Tanzania Bush Camp.

Day 4: Full day in Serengeti National Park (Northern Serengeti
Start your day with breakfast at your lodge as you prepare for your morning game drive towards the northern area of Serengeti National Park, along the drive you will enjoy seeing a variety of wildlife species which are very active during the morning and can be seen grazing around the national park.
Have a chance to witness the great wildebeest migration crossing.
Engage in another game drive looking out for wildlife species grazing in the savannah of Serengeti National Park like elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, impalas, gazelles, buffaloes, elands, antelopes, zebras, wildebeests among others. You will have dinner and overnight stay at Mara River Camp by Tanzania Bush Camp.

Day 5: Hot Air Balloon Flight, Full Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park
You will be picked from your camp of stay as early as 5 am for a transfer to the hot air balloon launch area, along the way you will enjoy spotting nocturnal animals as they return from their nightly duties.
Watch the preparation of the balloon, and thereafter embark on a 1 hour balloon flight over the Serengeti Plains; watch the park come to life with amazing sunrise views, as well as scenery and wild game below. Climax the ride with bush breakfast experience.
Thereafter proceed to meet your driver guide who will have your lunch boxes for a full day game viewing experience around the northern Mara region of Serengeti national park where you will search for wildlife species like lions, leopards, elephants, buffalos, wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, cheetahs, impalas, gazelles, kudu, rhinos among others, including views of large herds of the migrating wildebeests.
After having your picnic lunch enjoyed in the wilderness, you will engage in an afternoon game drive around Serengeti national park as you look out for wildlife species and later return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay as above

Day 6: Drive to Lake Manyara National Park, Night Game Drive
After having breakfast at your camp, your guide will drive you to Lake Manyara national park which is home to the tree climbing lionsand also elephants and other wildlife species, enjoying your lunch en-route. You shall in the late afternoon, check in at the lodge and relax for the rest of the afternoon.
After dinner, head into the park for a night game drive, for a chance to typical African night sky on a clear day, as well as looking out for nocturnal animals that roam this small park.
Return to the lodge for an overnight stay.

Day 7: Mto wa Mbu Cultural Tour, Departure
You will have breakfast at the lodge and a cultural tour in Mto wa Mbu town known to inhabit over 100 of the tribes in Tanzania. Enjoy lunch, and then proceed to transfer to Arusha and drop you off at the airport in time to catch your flight or hotel of stay in Arusha, which will mark the end of your safari.
