Queen Elizabeth National Park Fees 2023 – 2024 : Queen Elizabeth National Park is the most popular savannah safari destination in Uganda and the best place to see the tree climbing lions found in the Ishasha Sector, this beautiful park is found in western Uganda on the edge on the Albertine Rift Valley which attributes to its beautiful landscape which is characterized by lush hills and beautiful crater lakes.
Queen Elizabeth National Park is located about 389 kilometers from Kampala the capital of Uganda.
Queen Elizabeth National Park’s diverse eco system support a variety of wildlife with 95 mammals recorded, these animals include lions, leopards, hyenas, warthogs, buffaloes, elephants, Uganda Kob, waterbuck, Oribi, Topi, Giant Forest Hog, hippos and crocodiles among others.
Queen Elizabeth National Park is also a great birding area rated as an Important Birding Area by International Birdlife, the park boasts over 600 bird species which is more than half of Uganda’s total bird checklist. These birds include the malachite, black-ramped buttonquail, Collard Pranticles, papyrus canary, verreauv’s eagle-owl, black bee-eater, squacco heron, African fish eagle, swamp fly-catcher, long-tailed cormorants, Martial Eagle, Black- rumped Buttonquail African Skimmer, White winged terns, White-winged Warbler, shoebill, African skimmer, Verreaux’s Eagle-owl, Grey-headed kingfisher, papyrus gonolek, Papyrus Canary, and the thin-tailed Nightjars

Park entry fees in Queen Elizabeth National Park are valid for 24 hours from the time of entry, you can enter the park at any time from 7 am to 7 pm within the 24 years. This is irrespective of whether you accommodation is located with in the park’s boundary or outside the park.
