3 days Masai Mara safari is a flying safari to Masai Mara national reserve starting and ending in Nairobi, Masai Mara national reserve is located approximately 280 from Nairobi so as an alternative to a long drive of approximately 6 hours. Visitors are to fly instead, flights are available from Wilson Airport to Ole Siki Airstrip one of the airstrips serving Maasai Mara national reserve.

Detailed itinerary of 3 days Masai Mara safari (flying option)
DAY 1: Transfer to Masai Mara national reserve
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International airport, you will be picked up your Wildlife Kenya safari driver-guide and transfer to Wilson Airport for your flight to Maasai Mara national reserve, it is a flight of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Upon arrival , you will be picked up from the airstrip and go for a game drive as you head to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight at Mara Sentrim

DAY 2: Full day game drive in Masai Mara national reserve
You will wake up early in the morning for breakfast and after you will drive to Masai Mara national reserve for a game drive. Masai Mara national park is a great habitant for many animals which are easily spotted while driving through the park such as lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes, elephants and many more. You may choose to have an optional hot air balloon safari. Dinner and overnight will as above at Mara Sentrim

DAY 3: Drive from Masai Mara national reserve back to Nairobi
After breakfast, you will head to the reserve for a morning game drive as you head to the airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi, upon arrival you will be picked from the airport and transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight back home.
