Detailed itinerary of 7 days best of Kenya and Tanzania wildlife safari
Day 1: pickup in Nairobi
To start the 7 days best of Kenya and Tanzania wildlife safari, you will be picked from your hotel at exactly 08:00 am by your safari driver, after a short safari briefing you will head to Nairobi city for a city tour visiting the giraffe center where you will learn more about the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe, visit the Karen Blixen Museum a former home of the Danish novelist and author of Out of Africa.
After lunch, you will proceed to Daphine Sheldrick Wildlife Trust where you will learn and observe rescued orphaned elephants and rhinos (black and white), in the center you will have an opportunity to make friends with elephants and the rhinos which is unmissable experience. Later return to your hotel, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 2: Nairobi- Lake Naivasha
After breakfast you will depart at around 08:00 am head to Lake Naivasha a beautiful lake famous for large concentration of flamingoes, when you will arrive at the lake you will go for a boat ride experience heading to Crescent Island. The Island is a home to a range of bio diversity which you will enjoy watching such as Masai giraffe, hippos, impala, defassa waterbuck, Burchells zebras, bat eared fox, kirks dik dik, Thomson gazelles, spring Hare, White-tailed mongoose, spotted hyena, silver backed jackal, vervet monkey, African rock python, bush buck and many more.
You will have lunch and the go for another game drive, after the game drive you will head back to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 3: Naivasha- Maasai Mara
After breakfast at your lodge, you will depart for Maasai Mara national reserve, one of the best wildlife destination in the world famously known for hosting a huge diversity of wildlife and annual wildebeest migration. The reserve consists of undulating hills and rolling grasslands inhabiting a variety of wildlife.
Arrive in lunch time which you will have at your lodge then go for an afternoon game viewing experience spotting a variety of wildlife such as lion, elephant, cheetah, giraffe, buffalo, wildebeest, gazelle and many bird species. Return to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 4- Explore Maasai Mara
Wake up early and head to the reserve for an early morning game drive on which you will have an opportunity to watch predators such as lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, African wild dogs and many early risers such as elephants , warthogs, hartebeests, wildebeests and many more. You will return to the lodge for late breakfast and after lunch you will head to the Maasai village for a cultural visit, while on your visit you will learn more about the amazing culture of the local people, be participated by local dances and drama, and interact with the locals among other fascinating activities. return to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight while on a Kenya Safari.

Day 5: Maasai Mara- Serengeti
After breakfast at your lodge, you will depart from Maasai Mara at around 08:00 Am for Serengeti national park a famous Tanzania safari destination with endless plains and one of the richest wildlife habitats in the world. Large concentrations of wildlife in Serengeti national park are found in the Seronera area (the central region of the park) with Seronera River as the source of water attracting a lot of animals.
Arrive in the park in lunch time at your lodge and head for an afternoon game drive spotting a number of animals such as lions, cheetahs, cape buffaloes, elephants, warthogs, oribis, hartebeests, grant’s gazelles, Thomson gazelles, African wild dogs, elephants and many more. Later return to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 6: Serengeti Full Day
After breakfast, you will head to the park for a full game drive participating in the Hot air balloon and game drives, the hot air balloon experience offer an amazing experience while flying over the endless plains of Serengeti national park. You will enjoy aerial views of the plains and many animals such as lions, herds of elephants and the migrating herds of wildebeests, zebras and gazelles. After the hot air balloon you will be treated to the bush breakfast accompanied by champagne, the go for a game drive exploring the park.
You will have picnic lunch set at the centre in the shade of the giant acacia trees, in the afternoon you will go for another game drive following the Kopjes Circuit that goes anti-clockwise around the Maasai Kopjes which attract a number of lions and large cobras. Return to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.
