ENTUMOTO SAFARI CAMP – MASAAI MARA NATIONAL PARK
Entumoto Safari Camp – Masaai Mara National Park : Entumoto safari camp is a mid range accommodation found in the hills of the great rift valley , between the park gates sekenani and Oloolaimutia ,on the border of famous Kenya’s Masaai Mara national park. The word “entumoto” means meeting point so the name came from the two valleys that met and plains meeting the hill.
The camp is convenient and business friendly to guests who want to explore Masaai mara park with the beautiful views and sunset over Mara plains. You can be at the camp by road transport from Nairobi city taking about 5-6 hours drive and an hour flying from Nairobi to the close Keekerok airstrip then 40 minutes to be transferred to the camp .
Entumoto safari camp consists of 15 spacious and comfortable tents reflecting Kenyan traditional building style with modern comfort. Tents are well decorated , elevated with raised platform and furnished with private en-suite facilities like clean flushing toilets, hot and cold showers , mosquito nets, free toiletries , satellites, Flat screen TVs , extinguishers, complementary bottled water , Terraces, sitting areas and verandas ,you relax while enjoying the incredible endless Mara wilderness , wildlife visiting the camp especially Elephants and surrounding area . Tents are equipped with comfortable clean beddings containing queen sized beds with ceiling fans.
There are cracking fireplaces at the camp that provides warmth to visitors during cold nights. The camp offers over 4 tents suitable for family as well as individuals and en- suite double tents. Rooms cost 200$ per night and above during high season rate is always high than in low season rate.

Masaai mara national park is among the largest and most visited park in Kenya know of its incredible density and variety of animals . it is situated 270km north of Nairobi in Kenya occupying the total area of 1,510 km squared . There are many over 1 million tribes in Kenya, Masaai are initial and local group of semi –Nomadic people that settled in Kenya and the northern part of Tanzania. Maasai Mara National park is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border.
The park contains over a million of animals that include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos and 600 species of bird and 60 species of raptors in different colors. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration from Serengeti national park during July, August and October .The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara and Talek river.
