Mara Serena Safari Lodge is owned and operated by Serena collections that run best properties across the world. It is a luxury accommodation found within the Mara Triangle on Ol Donyo Oseiya Hill in the Maasai Mara national Reserve Kenya Region. The lodge offers the panoramic Views of the Rolling Plains, Mara river (Dramatic wildlife area) and the woodland to travelers exploring the park.
How to get there.
The camp is situated approximately 4-5 hours’ (314 km) drive from Nairobi City Center by Road and 50 minutes’ flight to Mara Serena airstrip Proximity.
About the lodge
Mara Serena safari lodge consists of 74 spacious and luxurious en-suite rooms and tents overlooking the stunning view of the plains and surrounding Landscape. The lodge offers the combination of king/twin/double beds for sharing and individual beds (single) and is suitable for families/groups as well, reflecting traditional building style with a high level of comfort.
Each room is well raised on platform ,decorated and furnished with en-suite facilities of clean private flush toilets, inside hot water & cold showers, mosquito nets, Wooden chairs & Tables, dressing Mirrors and tables, Complementary Bottled water, free toiletries, and white duvets and pillows to mention but a few.
Each Room has large sitting areas and a veranda with a vintage viewpoint of the Mara Plain and wildlife roaming around the camp since it’s not fenced and surrounding areas.
There is a cracking fireplace where fire glows with comfortable chairs for guests to relax and share more experiences about the safaris not only that, but it also provides warmth to visitors during bad weather.

A dining area that serves different perfect cuisines both international (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) and Kenyan, to meets guests choice ; buffet breakfast overlooking the great views , picnic lunch and dining areas that serve both in- and outdoor diners. A well trained friendly and organized staff that ensures comfort and safety. The camp serves bush breakfasts, enjoying the morning sunrises, wildlife and Bush Diners overlooking the stars in the sky.
The well-stocked bar offers a variety of refreshments, both local and international, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and international beers, as well as sundowners that overlook the stunning sunset and the wildlife roaming around the unfenced camp and surrounding areas.

Masaai mara national park is among the largest and most visited National parks in Kenya, known for its incredible density and variety of animals. it is situated 270km north of Nairobi in Kenya, occupying a total area of 1,510 km squared. There are over 1 million tribes in Kenya, Masaai are initial and local group of semi –Nomadic people that settled in Kenya and the northern part of Tanzania.
Maasai Mara National park is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. The park contains over a million animals that include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos; 600 species of birds; and 60 species of raptors in different colors.
Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration from Serengeti national park during July, August and October. The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills and is crossed by the Mara and Talek rivers.
