Each of the cottages at Saruni Mara has been beautifully styled according to its own specific theme, generally each cottage is furnished with beautifully polished wooden floors, colonial antiques, African art and Persian carpets. Each of the cottage has en-suite bathrooms with large Italian design bathrooms with hot and cold running water and a canvas from that can be opened allowing you to shower with a magnificent views if you want. Each cottage is supplied with 220 – volt electricity.

The Observatory Cottage is inspired by the endless starry skies above the Maasai Mara and it is outfitted with a vintage brass telescope, a moon map and a variety of materials with a celestial theme. This cottage also has a wonderfully large front deck perfect for stargazing.

The Photographer’s Studio is a beautiful cottage inspired by photography and its styling pays attribute to the beautiful snapshots that have been taken in the Maasai Mara, the room features an old box browing camera, an antique photographic equipment catalogue and many fascinating prints on the walls adding to the ambiance of this classic cottage. The Artist’s Studio
The Artist’s Studio is a master piece cottage which will inspire creative guests to come up with new ideas and pain, the cottage is equipped with an easel, paint and a desk filled with drawing materials. The Love Shack cottage also known as Saruni Mara’s honeymoon suite is a beautiful cottage featuring neutral colors, elegant stylings and offers stunning views of the valley thus being a perfect cottage for a romantic getaway. The cottage has spacious bedroom that opens up onto a wonderfully large front deck, just right for a private dinner for two.
Private Villa is named Nyati House, this villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room, a lounge, a kitchen and a large deck. The Nyati House Villa is situated in a private valley at a 5 minute driving distance away from the rest of the Saruni Mara Safari Lodge, this private villa is an ideal place for groups or families who want to get away from the bustle and hustle. The villa is stylishly decorated and its wooden features give a very natural look and feel, the two spacious bedrooms of the villa overlooks the Masai Mara plains
