Talek Bush Camp – Masaai Mara National Park : Talek bush camp is considered to be a mid range accommodation found on the banks of Talek River on the Eastern Edge of Masaai Mara national park in kenya. The camp is situated few minutes walk to Talek Gate and 500 meters from Hippo View Point. You can be at the camp by road or air transport taking approximately 5-6 hours (250km) drive from Nairobi city center to Masaai mara national park and an hour to fly from Nairobi to the close ol kiombo airstrip then 15 KM drive to be transferred to the camp.
The camp is convenient and business friendly to guests who want to explore the park with its beautiful view of Talek River ,wildlife drinking water at the river and surrounding areas.
Talek Bush camp consists of 10spacious and comfortable rooms raised on a wooden deck overlooking Talek River reflecting traditional building styles with modern comfort. Each room is well elevated, decorated and furnished with en-suite facilities like clean private flush toilets, safari style hot and cold showers, dressing tables, mosquito nets, Televisions, Deck chairs, work Decks, Wooden Tables, Free bottled water in the rooms and many others. Each tent has a sitting areas, Private verandas and vanity deck that give a better view over talek river , wildlife and surrounding areas.
Tents are equipped with comfortable clean beddings containing queen sized beds. There are fireplaces at the camp that provides warmth to visitors during cold nights. The camp offers tents suitable for family as well as individuals ie single bed, double beds, twin, and triple beds . They cost 200$ per night and above, during high season rate is always high than in low season rate.

Masaai mara national park is among the largest and most visited park in Kenya know of its incredible density and variety of animals . it is situated 270km north of Nairobi in Kenya occupying the total area of 1,510 km squared . There are many over 1 million tribes in Kenya, Masaai are initial and local group of semi –Nomadic people that settled in Kenya and the northern part of Tanzania. Maasai Mara National park is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border.
The park contains over a million of animals that include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos and 600 species of bird and 60 species of raptors in different colors. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration from Serengeti national park during July, August and October .The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara and Talek river.
