THE EMAKOKO LODGE – NAIROBI NATIONAL PARK
The Emakoko lodge is a mid- range accommodation found on the southern boundary/ at the edge of Nairobi National Park Kenya region .The lodge is standing on the steep slopes of the Mbagathi river valley. The lodge is set on 15 acres of landscape and located 45 minutes away from Nairobi city center. The lodge is convenient and in a perfect place for guests (tourists, holidaymakers) who want to explore the Nairobi national park with its spectacular views of the wilderness and surrounding areas. One can be at the lodge in 30 minutes while from Nairobi airports (since it’s the gate way destinations to different parts of Kenya) while on Kenya Wildlife safaris.
Emakoko Lodge consists of 10 comfortable and spacious rooms with the view of the wilderness that reflects African building safari style with comfort. Each rooms has its own showers especially hot showers with bathetubs , flushing toilets, grass slided windows, mosquito nets, buckets, basins, bottled water, solar energy available, Chairs, slippers en many more. Rooms have sitting areas and verandas overlooking the stunning view of the wilderness and surrounding area. The beds are queen sized and are spread with Fresh, comfortable and soft linen bedding that gives a better night sleep. There are fireplaces at the lodge where guests relax and share stories/experience about the trip not only that it provides warmth during cold days. Rooms vary in different sizes with single beds, double beds, twin, and family options with differed costs ranging from 150$ per night and above. Sometimes the rate goes high during peak season than in Low season.
The Emakoko Lodge offers more services and facilities which include; The main restaurants has the beautiful views of the park serving different meals both international especially and kenyan- inspired meals that meets guests appetite ; buffet breakfast ,lunch and dinner in the balcony view dining area served by well trained, welcoming and organized staff ,

Nairobi national park is situated in south of Nairobi , central Kenya and it was the first park to be established in Kenya region. The park is close to Nairobi city center just 7km . Nairobi national park covers the total areas 117 square km and lies about 5000-6,000 feet above the sea level. The Park is found in Kenya, East African country with coastline in the Indian Ocean and Is considered to be the 48th largest country and popular country covering the total area of 580,367KM squared. Kenya is bordered by countries like Uganda in the west, Tanzania in the south , sudan , Ethiopia ,Somalia and Indian ocean.
