Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Lake Mburo national park – evening game drive
Start your safari by being picked up by our safari driver guide from your hotel in Kampala or at Airport. Depart for Lake Mburo National Park with a chance to have a stopover in Kayabwe at the equator. Continue the journey to the park and have hot lunch at the lodge.
After lunch, relax at the lodge before you connect for an evening game drive. During the evening game drive, expect to see the park’s treasures, including eland, Topi, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, otters, water bucks as well as various different bird species.
Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise
Enjoy an early breakfast at the lodge before embarking on a morning game drive where you will be able to spot animals like Zebras ,buffaloes elands, Topis , waterbucks, impalas, and nocturnal animals, among others. Have lunch at the lodge.
In the afternoon, embark on an afternoon boat cruise, which starts at 2pm. Expecting to cruise near the water animals like hippos ,crocodiles and spotting different animal species along the water banks like otters, antelopes, waterbucks, elands, topi, and zebra, as well as water bird species like blue headed weavers, herons, pelicans, fish eagles, kingfishers, prehistoric shoe bill stork and many more. After, return back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight.
Day 3: Morning nature walks and transfer back to Kampala
Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the lodge before heading on a morning nature walk. During your morning game drive, expect to spot mammals like buffaloes, elands, and species of birds like the white-winged warbler, African fish eagle, grey-crowned crane, brown-chested lapwing, black-bellied bustard, and emerald-spotted wood, among others. Have lunch at the lodge before transferring back to Kampala, where you will be dropped off for your next destination.
