Detailed itinerary of 3 Days Tsavo Safari Starting from Nairobi and ending in Mombasa
Day 1: transfer from Nairobi to Tsavo East National Park
You shall be picked from your preferred location in Nairobi or at the airport upon arrival and transfer to Tsavo East National Park, it is a journey of approximately 5 hours and when you arrive in the park, you will head to your lodge for lunch and short rest and freshening up.
In the afternoon, you will head out for a game drive exploring Tsavo East and its incredible wildlife as well as scenic landscape. Some of the animals to lookout for include zebras, lions, leopards, giraffes and gazelles among others.
After this memorable experience, you will drive back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Voi Wildlife Lodge.

Day 2: Morning game drive – Transfer to Tsavo West National Park
Enjoy early breakfast, check out of the lodge and head for a morning game drive in the plains of Tsavo East National Park as you head to Tsavo West National Park, early morning game drive presents opportunities to see many animals in huge numbers including predators – lions, leopards and cheetahs. Other animals to lookout for include zebras, gazelles, elephants, giraffes among others.
Tsavo West National Park is separated from Tsavo East National Park by a rail line and you will be there in time for lunch, in the afternoon you will head out for another game drive looking for more animals and enjoying the scenery. Take as many photos as possible, also you will visit the famous Mzima Springs which has many hippos and crocodiles.
After the game drive, you will head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Man Eaters Lodge.
Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Day 3: transfer back to Mombasa.
You will wake up early, meet your guide and head to the park for an early morning game drive on which you will see some of the early risers such as the rhinos, buffaloes, lions, leopards, bush babies, hartebeests, lesser kudus, Masai giraffes among others.
Return to the lodge for breakfast, checkout and embark on a journey to Mombasa with en-route lunch. In Mombasa, you will be dropped either at the airport or at your preferred location which brings your safari and our service to an end.
