Detailed itinerary of 6 days Tanzania safari
Day 1: Drive to Tarangire National Park
Your safari guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha in the morning, he will give you a warm welcome to Tanzania and a short briefing about the 6 Days Tanzania safari. Thereafter you will be driven to Tarangire national park a great Tanzania wildlife destination known for hosting large herds of elephants and ancient baobab trees.
On arrival, you will check in at your lodge as you prepare for lunch and an afternoon game drive, during the game drive in the national park you will see several wildlife species such as gazelles, impalas, zebras, waterbucks among others and various bird species. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Drive to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will meet your guide and drive to Serengeti national park which is also found in the northern part of Tanzania. Serengeti national park is an amazing Tanzania safari destination and a perfect place to see the big 5.
On arrival, you will check into your lodge in the national park, have lunch and in the evening you will go for game viewing to see wildlife species such as zebras, lions, buffalos, elephants, giraffes, elands, impalas, antelopes among others. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3&4: Full day in Serengeti National Park
Start your day with breakfast at your lodge as you prepare for your morning game drive, you will enjoy seeing a variety of wildlife species which are very active in the morning and can be seen grazing around the savannah plains of the park.
After your morning game drive, you will have lunch and later go for another game drive on which you will enjoy looking out for wildlife species grazing in the open savannah of Serengeti national park such as giraffes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, impalas, gazelles, cape buffaloes, elands, antelopes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos among others. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Drive to Lake Manyara National Park, Walking Safari
After breakfast at your lodge, you will meet your guide and drive to Lake Manyara national park which is a home to the famous tree climbing lions and herds of elephants among other wildlife species. Along the way you will have a stop in Mto wa Mbu town where you will visit craft shops and also interact with the locals along the way to the national park.
Upon arrival, you will have lunch after checking into your lodge and in the afternoon you will go for a guided walking safari offering you up-close with nature and wildlife including zebras, antelopes, giraffes among others. The walking safari is guided by park officials who are well conversant with the park. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
