Kora National Park Entrance Fee (1st January, 2022 to 30th June, 2022)
Kora National Park Entrance Fee : Kora national park is a beautiful Kenya national park located in Tana River Country about 125 kilometers east of Mount Kenya, the 65 kilometers of the park are the park’s northern boundary is marked Meru national park and the Tana River.
Kora national park was established in 1989 covering an area of 1,788 square meters, the topography of the park us gently sloping from an altitude of 490 meters in the south-west to an altitude of about 270 meters in the north-East.
Kora national park provides a home to a wide variety of animal species such as caracal, Tanzanian cheetah, African bush elephant, genet, hippopotamus, spotted and striped hyenas, African leopard, lion, serval, wildcat and several types of antelope among others.
Kenya Wildlife Services has issued new Kora National Park Fees effective from 1st January 2022 to 30th June 2022 and they are as below

Categories/status of tourists
Kora national park fees are charged basing on the status or categories of visitors or tours on a Kenya safari to the park.
Students
Students are visitors on a Kenya safari from a recognized education institution that is primary, secondary, government or private college or university. These kind of visitors should be aged 23 years and below and they are to be visiting Kora national park on a conservation purpose trip documented and organized the education institution.
To be eligible for student fees, the institution is required to inform Kenya Wildlife Services in a minimum of 2 weeks so as to issue a written authorization for student rates.

Children
Children are visitors from the age of 3 years but below the age of 18 years.
Citizens
Citizens are visitors who are Kenya Citizens with valid Kenya National ID or passports, this category also includes citizens from East African Community member countries that are Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi and South Sudan with passports or National IDs.
Residents
Residents are foreigners (not Kenya citizens or citizens of East Africa Community member countries) who are residing in Kenya and are in possession of valid residence documentation or work permits issued by the Kenyan Government.
Residents are individuals of other nationalities residing in Kenya and are in possession of valid documentation from the Kenyan government.
Non-Residents
Non-Residents are foreigners or international tourists who do not work or live in Kenya.
Mode of payment
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic cashless mode payments in Kora national park is encouraged, methods of payments include Mpesa, Visa Cards, MasterCard and direct deposits to KWS Bank accounts.
