Ol-popongi camp is a 3 star mid- range accommodation found in Naivasha, 3 km from south lake road, 4km from Kenyas’ lake Naivasha and 11 kn from Naivasha city center Kenya region. The camp is a private camp lying on 38 acres of bush landscape with acacia trees bordering Kedong forest. The cottages is situated in the perfect place and convenient holiday home for tourists, holiday makers and business travellers who want to relax or explore Naivasha with its beautiful views . You can be at the lodge by road transport taking approximately 2-3 hours’ drive from Nairobi city center to Naivasha town and 50 minutes to fly from Nairobi to the close Naivasha airstrip then few minutes to transfer to the lodge.
Ol-popongi camp Naivasha is comprised of 5 beautiful and comfortable bedrooms that accommodates 10 people overlooking the surrounding landscape reflecting African traditional style with local woods. Cottages are well decorated, raised with wooden platform and furnished with private en-suite facilities of flushing toilets, outdoor hot and cold showers, Mosquito nets, flat screen TVs , fire extinguishers , Kitchen, (you can as well buy your own food and cook it for your’ self since its offers self -catering facilities) coffee making facilities ,complementary bottled water, free toiletries and many more. Cottages have siting areas, terraces and private wooden balconies that give a stunning view over naivasha landscapes and surrounding areas. Naivasha is the large town found in Nakuru county Kenya , lying 93 KM North west of Nairobi . Lake Naivasha is a fresh water lake in Kenya where its waters are shallow with average depth and it’s the part of the Great Rift valley since it’s the highest . The lake is outside the town of Naivasha and its is surrounded by forest of yellow fever trees swamps and grasslands. One can still stay in Naivasha and visit Nakuru since they are close towns. Lake Nakuru is situated in the southern part of Kenya and it is the rift valley soda lake covering 1,754 m above the sea level.
