Kenya’s Big Five : The ‘Big five’’ is a term that describes the major 5 African early big game hunters considered most difficult and the most dangerous animal species to hunt on foot in Africa. These animal species includes the African elephant, leopard, lion, Cape buffalo and the rhinoceros. African elephant.
An African elephant is the largest land mammal in the entire world. Where some adults can reach at a height of 3 meters. Elephants are such attractive mammals where the bulls and adult males usually live in the solitary way as where the females like living in the groups headed by the matriarch surrounded by the fellows especially the young ones and their off springs.

Lion.
Lion is known as the king of the jungle that is known as the famous predator on the planet and the fiercest. Leopard.
Leopards are solitary animal species, as they like living alone. Buffalo.
Buffalo is also known as the most dangerous mammal to the human beings among the big five mammals. The buffalos are very protective and territorial and when threatened that are always ready with their quick speed. Buffalos are majorly found in the groups and in their large herds. These can be greatly found in the groups and large herds in the savanna and flood plains. Rhino.

That is the white rhino gets its name not from its color that is more yellowish grey but from the Dutch word ‘’weid’’ that means wide due to its board and wide mouth.
